G 28 verified Google and Yelp reviews from Chandler and East Valley customers, averaging 4.9★.
Desmond prices every estimate the same afternoon it lands — no call center, no third-party dispatcher relaying your Chandler move to some other office.
What follows are reviews from people AZ On Time Moving has actually moved — Google, Yelp, Angi, Thumbtack, and BBB, the same platforms anyone can check independently without taking our word for it. We don’t filter out the mixed reviews and keep only the glowing ones; what’s posted here is what customers said after our trucks pulled out of their driveway, from a retirement community in Sun Lakes to a walk-up apartment near Arizona State. If you’re deciding whether to trust seven trucks and nine people with your move, this is the honest way to check — including whether the arrival window actually held.
“Amazing work, super fast, super professional. Movers were Anthony, Roy and Ivan. They were exceptional with the entire move from start to finish.”
“The 3 movers sent to do my move were excellent! They were efficient, careful, and considerate. My cost was the minimum which, I wasn't expecting. Thank you for the first move that went smoothly! I will definitely use your services if I move again.”
“We couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Alex during our move. From start to finish, he was professional, organized, and kept us informed every step of the way. Moving can be stressful, but Alex made the whole process smooth and worry-free for my wife and me. We'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mover they can truly count on!”

“Movers were right on time, took great care of our stuff, moved quickly and made the absolute most of space. As a bonus, they were friendly guys who my wife and I were happy to hang out with while we loaded a truck.”
“They were very prompt and extremely helpful by doing extra things like removing tv mounts and assembling furniture. It was a little more pricey than what we expected after being quoted a base price. The only downfall is the mover was requesting we tip him numerous times although we did tip him the bare minimum because it was already over budget he still kept requesting more of a tip.”
“Great communication from the owner, Andrew. The whole process felt easy, movers were professional, and the price was very competitive. Will plan to use AZ On Time Moving again for our next move.”

“My move had 3 movers. The men called first and arrived on time. One of the three was being trained. Evan was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job making sure the new man handled my furniture correctly. It was a long day, but they kept at it until everything was in its place in our new home.”
