Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how AZ On Time Moving (“we,” “our,” “us”) handles information submitted through azontimemoving.com. We’re a licensed moving company based in Chandler, Arizona, and this site exists so customers can request estimates and learn what we do — not to collect information for anything unrelated to that.
Information We Collect
When you request a quote, submit our contact form, or call the number listed on this site, we collect what you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, moving dates, and pickup and destination addresses Desmond needs to put together an accurate estimate. Standard analytics tools also track general site usage — pages visited, approximate location, browser type — so we can keep the site running properly.
How Your Information Is Used
Information you submit goes toward building your estimate, scheduling your move, and setting up the live tracking link that goes out the morning of the job. Priya and Desmond use it internally to coordinate which truck and crew get assigned to your date. We don’t sell your information to third parties, and we don’t hand it off for outside marketing.
Cookies and Analytics
This site uses cookies and standard analytics to understand how visitors use it and to improve it over time. You can disable cookies in your browser at any point; doing so may limit certain features but won’t stop you from calling or emailing our office directly.
Data Security and Retention
We keep quote and customer records only as long as scheduling, invoicing, and normal business record-keeping require, and we take reasonable precautions to keep that information away from anyone who shouldn’t have it.
Questions
Questions about this policy, or what information we have on file for you, can go to [email protected] or (888) 278-9005.
