A ranch home in Ahwatukee and a two-story in Sun Lakes load differently, and Desmond Okoye walks the house on the estimate call to plan truck order and crew size before Camila Reyes and her crew show up — the same people who load the first box carry in the last one. Priya texts the live tracking link that morning along with the two-hour arrival window from your quote, credited back if the crew runs late. Smaller homes price hourly on the standard $129-$209 bands; four-bedroom-plus houses typically run flat, $1,950 to $2,650, with a $150 deposit. Basic released-value coverage rides free on every job, and Desmond can bump it to full replacement value on the call if you want the higher payout ceiling before anything’s on the truck. That protection applies the same way whether it’s a one-story in Ahwatukee or a two-story behind a gate in Sun Lakes.

What You’ll Pay
Two ways to book it: $129/hr for a two-mover crew, or a flat rate by bedroom count starting at $1,950 for four-bedroom-plus homes if you’d rather lock in a total up front
Truck, blankets, and dollies are built into the rate, not billed as extras: $129 for two movers, $169 for three, $209 for four, each added mover after that at $40 an hour, or a flat $1,950 to $2,650 for four-bedroom-plus homes if you’d rather skip the clock — a $150 deposit applies either way. A two-hour arrival window comes standard on your quote, with a live tracking link texted the morning of the move. Basic released-value coverage rides on every job at no charge, and Desmond will walk you through the full-value upgrade on the estimate call if you want the higher payout ceiling.
