- Packing — full-service packing, a partial pack of just the kitchen and closets, or you box it yourself and we load and drive.
- Distance — anything inside Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Sun Lakes, Higley, and Guadalupe prices differently than a move leaving the Valley entirely.
- Season — June through September doesn’t usually change your rate, but it changes your crew’s start time, which is its own section below.
- Heavy or awkward items — pianos, gun safes, pool tables, anything that has to be broken down and rebuilt on the other end.

If you’d rather have one number than watch a clock, we’ll quote flat rate on full-household moves once Desmond or one of the crew chiefs has walked the property, in person or over video. That number is binding once it’s written down — it doesn’t move because the job ran long or a china cabinet turned out heavier than it looked.

The spread inside each band comes down to stairs, how far the truck has to stage from the door, and how much of the packing falls to us versus you rather than the size of the home alone.
